The exclusive amenities at this hotel were truly luxurious! the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing, alongside the sauna and spa & wellness centre which were truly top-notch.
The only minor issue we found was with the catering service - while the restaurant and bar/lounge area were both excellent, there was a limited selection of food. Despite this, the exquisite flavors and exceptional service more than made up for it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, with a beautiful strolling area next to the bay and a nearby shopping center. The room was clean, modern, and quiet, providing a comfortable and peaceful environment. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist. The breakfast, although not outstanding, offered a decent variety of options. the hotel had some excellent facilities, including a spa and a pool.
There were a few minor issues, such as some cleanliness concerns in the spa bathroom, which could be improved.

The hotel offered a smooth check, in process and the rooms were very nice. the bathroom was spacious and the room had ample storage. the staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs as meeting attendees. the daily breakfast and lunch were both wonderful, with a variety of options. the immediate area outside the hotel had restaurants and shopping with a beautiful view of the waterway and boats docked. the hotel is located in a nice, clean area that felt safe during my stay. An easy 10, minute walk brought me to a shopping mall area and more restaurants.
The hotel advertised a concierge service, but when I asked about it, the staff did not know what I was talking about. They only offered the ability to order a taxi.
